We want our customers to enjoy using SBB: to travel in comfort and get there on time. In order to find out what our passengers care about, we commission a survey of 20,000 passengers every year. We also find out what our SBB Cargo and Real Estate customers think, since we are constantly looking for ways to improve our service.
