A new quarter for Zurich. The final remaining open spaces in central Zurich are located left and right of the tracks of the main station. SBB wants to open up these areas for new use; it is working on a joint development project with the City of Zurich.

By 2018 a new quarter will have emerged in stages, set in districts 4 and 5. Discussion with residents, businesses, politicians and media is creating the basis for a lasting solution.
