The meeting rooms are located on the second floor of Bollwerk 4, approximately 2 minutes by foot from the station hall. The keys can be picked up from the RailCity Berne reception on the fourth floor of the same building.
The meeting room keys can be picked up from reception on Mondays to Fridays between 7:45 and 16:45.
No reservations can be made for Saturdays or Sundays.
