Dear passengers,
Springtime Swiss dishes just for you: The spicy Aargau carrot soup with ginger and a dash of honey is a great starter. The popular cervelat salad with Graubünden Alpine cheese, gherkins and onions is perfect as a light snack. My vegetable quiche with spring onions, carrots and courgettes is rounded off with Gruyère AOC and a dash of cream. Pasta fans can choose from butter pasta in a hearty bolognese sauce or ricotta and spinach pasta in my spicy cherry tomato sauce. Both dishes are served with grated parmesan cheese. Finish off with a heavenly creamy amaretto cream with amarettini.
