Do you make calls with Mucho Mobile and need to add credit? You can top up your credit at the ticket machines at any SBB station. Simply, quickly and around the clock.

How to top up your credit:

• Select "Mobile top-up".
• Select "Other services".
• Select the desired amount (CHF 10, 30, 50 or 100).
• Make payment.
• You will receive a printout (voucher) with a PIN code.
• You can use this PIN code to top up your credit directly. Simply follow the instructions on the printout.
• As soon as the top-up has been registered, you will receive an SMS confirmation.
• The confirmation also includes the duration (validity period) for the credit (CHF 10 = 2 months, CHF 30 = 6 months, CHF 50 = 9 months, CHF 100 = 12 months).

Additional MUCHO Mobile services.

With "MUCHO Amigo!", you can call five preselected Swiss landline numbers along and all MUCHO numbers for just CHF 0.19 for 15 minutes (from the 16th minute: CHF 0.29 per minute). These numbers can be entered directly into your mobile phone. You can also change the five numbers independently in your phone. You can make up to five changes in 90 days free of charge; all changes thereafter are charged at CHF 10 each.

"MUCHO Claro" enables you to access all the tools you need (services, tariff info, credit info, voicemail and helpdesk) directly from your mobile phone.
