Refund request for tickets purchased online and with the SBB Mobile app.

You can use this form to apply for a refund on partially or completely unused tickets bought exclusively online or via your mobile. For tickets obtained at the station or by post please print out your refund request and send it to us by post.

Please note: Special conditions (in German) apply for supersaver tickets.

Tickets issued  online or on the app are essentially non-refundable. Exceptions to this are defined in Tariff 600.9 or Tariff 660 no. 24.1 for group travels.
