If you lose your Half-Fare travelcard, you can obtain a replacement travelcard at the ticket counter. If you lose your Half-Fare travelcard with Visa Card, our telephone service will help you at any time of the day or night. If you forget your Half-Fare travelcard, you can request a temporary travelcard at the ticket counter.

If you lose your Half-Fare travelcard, or if it is damaged, you will be given a replacement at the counter. The replacement card costs CHF 30. Go to the counter with the receipt and an official ID document; you will be given a provisional Half-Fare travelcard to use until you receive the replacement card. We will post the new card to you within a few days.

If you have left your Half-Fare travelcard at your home or office, you can buy a temporary replacement travelcard from the counter for a fee of CHF 5. Please present proof of identity.

For carefree travel trips: The public transport letter of cover.

You can cancel your Half-Fare travelcard with Visa Card at the end of the respective year of validity. If you decide to do this, please note that the following notice periods apply:

• Cancellation on expiry of the card: Written notice of cancellation must be sent to BonusCard.ch AG no later than two months before expiry of the Half-Fare travelcard.
  
• Cancellation at any other time: You can cancel your Half-Fare travelcard with Visa Card at the station of your choice no later than fourteen days before the end of the respective year of validity. You have to hand in your original card.
