Inter-regional travelcard: Commuting made easy.

Commuting is even easier with the inter-regional travelcard.

Do you often travel by train on the same route and use the tram and bus at the departure or destination point? Then the inter-regional travelcard is the right choice for you.

Inter-regional travelcards include the train journey as well as entitlement to travel on local transport services in the zone of the departure and/or destination point. Inter-regional travelcards are available for 1st and 2nd class for adults, and for 2nd class for young people aged up to 25 years. The period of validity is one month or twelve months.

Tip: If you buy your inter-regional travelcard for twelve months, you usually pay for only nine months. (N.B.: ten months between certain fare networks.)

How to buy your inter-regional travelcard.

You can buy all inter-regional travelcards at any SBB ticket counter in the region concerned. Should you have any questions, please contact the Rail Service Helpdesk on 0900 300 300 (CHF 1.19/min. from the Swiss fixed-line network).
