Arcobaleno passes on the SwissPass.
The SwissPass gives you access to public transport and many of our partners’ services. You can use it for your travelcards, to open your Mobility vehicle or to access ski resorts. With the SwissPass, you can also benefit from numerous special offers.
What is the SwissPass?
It is a plastic card with an electronic RFID chip on which a number is stored that can be used to verify your travelcard. There is no indication printed on the card regarding the purchased ticket (type of travelcard and validity date). RFID technology allows ticket inspectors to see all the necessary information on their device.
What changes for me as an employee?
The SwissPass will be sent to the employee’s private address and no longer to the company.
In addition to other public transport tickets, the SwissPass allows access to additional services provided by SwissPass partners. Several services can therefore be linked to the same card. Since these are not directly visible on the card, there is a warning and reminder system. To ensure correct communication between service provider and service users, the addresses stored in the database must match the actual addresses of the users.
I have lost my SwissPass / my SwissPass is damaged. What can I do?
You can apply for a new SwissPass card for CHF 30.

- check the validity date of your subscription
- customise your personal data
- customise the notification settings
With the SwissPass login, you can also buy tickets online at sbb.ch and on SBB Mobile. If you already have an account with SBB Mobile or the SBB Webshop, you can access swisspass.chLink opens in new window. with the same login.
Holders of an annual traverlcard on the SwissPass benefit from assisted renewal, where the following notifications are sent by SMS or e-mail (at the user’s choice).
