Do you have a travelcard you no longer need?

Please note the following:

  • If your GA travelcard is linked to any others, these will also cease to be valid.
  • Unlike previous cards, the SwissPass card does not have to be returned because it can be used even after the travelcard has expired. It will remain valid for partner services from Mobility Carsharing, PubliBike, SwitzerlandMobility and ski passes, etc. You can also use the SwissPass card for other public transport travelcards.
  • If the passenger has a blue card, please return it to us at the following address: SBB Contact Center, Businesstravel, P.O. Box176, 3900 Brig

Refund request for travelcards.

Please upload proof of the new travelcard purchase, proof of your inability to travel or a death certificate of the travelcard holder here as a PDF file. If you would like to upload several documents, press the CTRL key and simultaneously click on the relevant files (maximum of three per form).

As soon as we have received your refund request, we will send you a copy of your request by e-mail. If we are able to make refunds, these will be given under ‘My orders’ and in the statistics. You will not receive any further confirmation.
