You can reserve seats online in the SBB Ticket Shop Business or via your mobile with the SBB Mobile Business app on all trains marked with the letter “R” under “Notes” in the timetable.
- In the SBB Ticket Shop Business: You will find seat reservations under “Tickets for Switzerland” in the overview of products and services.
- Via the SBB Mobile Business app: Go to “Tickets” -> “Buy tickets for Switzerland” -> “Seat reservations for Switzerland” or click on the seat reservation symbol “R” next to your chosen service in the timetable.
Businesstravel Service Center.
For all other seat reservations, please contact the Businesstravel Service Center. This includes reservations for the dining car, where a booking surcharge of CHF 5 applies. Trains with compulsory seat reservations are marked with the symbol . Reservations for these can also be made via the Businesstravel Service Center:
Your reservation receipts will be sent to you by post within three working days. Alternatively, you can pick them up at any staffed station.
