Business Customers: GA Travelcard compensation due to the coronavirus pandemic.

One-off credit directly to your Businesstravel account.

By virtue of the current extraordinary situation, since 17 March 2020, the Federal Office of Public Health has recommended only travelling in absolutely vital cases. Holders of a GA Travelcard may therefore have been unable to use their travelcard as they usually would. For this reason, anyone holding a valid GA Travelcard for the entire period of this extraordinary situation (17.3–10.5.2020) will receive a refund for 15 days at the daily value of the travelcard in question. This also applies to deposited GA Travelcards.

The amount will be automatically credited to the company due to the extraordinary situation. Customers or travel managers do not need to take any action.
