Ordering a GA travelcard Plus.
If you bought your basic GA travelcard from the SBB Businesstravel online portal, any linked GA travelcards will continue to be included on the blue card. Find out how to order a GA travelcard Plus Familia for children, a GA travelcard Plus Familia for young adults, a GA travelcard Plus Familia for partners or a GA travelcard Plus Duo for partners at sbb.ch/en/business-gaplus.
Rail Checks and vouchers for employees.
You can redeem Rail Checks and vouchers at staffed sales offices and in the SBB Contact Center as before. If your employees pay for their GA or Half-Fare travelcards with Rail Checks or vouchers, these travelcards will be included on the SwissPass. 2-year and 3-year Half-Fare travelcards are not available on the SwissPass.
If the Rail Check or voucher is issued for a 2-year or 3-year Half-Fare travelcard, we will automatically credit the difference to the SwissPass account, to the value of a 1-year Half-Fare travelcard. We will then deduct this amount when the travelcard is automatically renewed.
E-vouchers for employees.
For the time being, e-vouchers can no longer be redeemed in the SBB Ticket Shop for private customers to pay for GA and Half-Fare travelcards. Send your e-voucher and travelcard order form to the GA Travelcard Helpdesk or bring it with you when purchasing at the counter.
Alternatively, your company can part-fund travelcards with the following payment methods:
- Rail Check
- SBB Gift Card
- Reka Rail
