Compensation form for Neuchâtel–La Chaux-de-Fonds.

Only GA Travelcard holders need to submit a compensation claim using this form. Please take note of the conditions that apply to the awarding of compensation.

The process of awarding compensation will start four months after the Neuchâtel–La Chaux-de-Fonds line first closes. There is therefore no need to submit your claim before 1 July 2021. If you do submit your claim before this date, it will be saved for processing starting from July 2021.

We will review your claim and contact you by e-mail or telephone if we need any additional information. If you meet the conditions, you will receive your compensation by post in the period between July and December 2021. This will include a Rail Bon which must be presented at a public transport point of sale in order to have its value credited to your SwissPass account. You will receive your compensation no later than two months after you submit your claim. If you submit your claim in advance, it will be saved for processing starting from July 2021.

We process your personal data in accordance with the rules in force. The personal data requested is only used for the purposes of awarding compensation to travelcard holders travelling on the Neuchâtel–La Chaux-de-Fonds line.
