    Please help me

Hi, I’m (*** SBB admin: redacted => data protection) Jun from South korea. I payed 2 tickets from Interlaken to Lyon via Trainline right before. First of all, I would like to change my ticket date (28th April -> 29th April) By my mistake, I deleted my trainline account and can’t find my ticket and any information about em now. So that’s why I didn’t get what my order and reservation number. If I give you some information of id or something to prove me, would you change my tickets ?

I bought a ticket on OMIO. I got the ticket but the money were refunded the next day.

Here's the situation:I bought a ticket on OMIO, payed and immediately received a confirmation with the .pdf tickets. The next day I checked my bank account and noticed I were refunded due to a payment issue. I don't know now if my tickets still valid or no.Any suggestion? Thanks

    Half Fare - Swiss Pass

Greetings Everyone I'm trying to buy a Half Fare Travelcard. I just created an SBB account and downloaded the app.
Whenever I try to buy the travel card (hitting the purchase 185chf button), a blank page loads and I cannot continue with the payment process. For personal data, I can only fill in the date of birth and the postal code. I cannot fill the customer number , as I do not own one yet. There is no email about a digital SwissPass.
