Would you like to report damage to your luggage, skis or bicycle? Or make a claim for emergency purchases you had to make due to a delay (e.g. clothes and toiletries or extra rental of skis, ski equipment or bicycles)? You can use the form below to make your claim. Please note that you must report any damage that you notice no later than seven days after receiving your luggage.
For all other complaints, such as non-compliance with collection or delivery time slots, failure to notify you about collections and/or deliveries or problems with your boarding pass for flight luggage with check-in, please submit your report via sbb.ch/en/contact.Go to the complaint form
Before you start:
- You will need your order number, which you can find in the order confirmation for your checked luggage.
- Bank details (IBAN or account number/SWIFT/BIC/bank name).
- Photos and/or evidence of the damage/claim.
