The two booking processes are currently optimised to meet the needs of their respective users.
P+Rail: planned ticket purchase for switching to rail travel at a location known in advance. You search for the location in the app using the station name.
Parkingpay: ad hoc ticket purchase in line with the parking procedure. Blue stickers specifying the postcode and zone are attached to the on-site parking meters. You search for the location in the app using these numbers. The parking procedure is then started.
Based on customer feedback, modification/harmonisation of the two booking processes for P+Rail and Parkingpay locations will be taken into account in future.
