You can order your Companion Card (Disabled Passenger’s ID Card) online using this form.

Do you already have a SwissPass card? Then the Companion Card will be loaded onto your SwissPass once you have ordered it. If you do not yet have a SwissPass card, you will receive one for free once you have ordered your Companion Card.
