    Swiss Travel pass for days

Hi, We are 2 adults and children (11 and 5 years ) travelling for 7 days. Swiss passes are available for 6 and 8 days. Is it recomended to buy for 6days pass and manage 7th day on PAYG or buy half fare card and buy tickets on the go. Please suggest what type of pass is recomended ? Does 6 days pass cover any other trips along with Train and Bus ? ThanksNagendra

    Saver Day Pass (without GA)

Hoping you can clear something up as I've never used the Saver Day Pass before. We're travelling to Switzerland this coming Saturday and I managed to get 1st Class Saver Day Passes for myself and my wife and a Day Pass Children for my Son. When I booked I made sure I stated I didn't have any discount cards etc and on my e-tickets it states 'Full Fare'. What I want to make sure is that:a) I don't need any other travel card to use this ticket. I'm taking it that Full fare means I don'tb) Will it cover me from Geneva Airport to Wengen. The ticket mentions the GA area and I couldn't get my head round what it meant. Many Thanks Andrew Wilson

    Explanation of SEMI_FLEX fare?

I do not understand how to choose a ticket that allows me to travel on any of the train times for that day.The "fare conditions" information is not clear. When I click it, I see the following information as "Tariff Conditions" for the Swiss part of my International ticket. It does not change no matter which ticket I choose:1) SEMI_FLEX with "1× Connection Ticket International: Basel SBB-Rueras - Fully flexible fares offer"2) SEMI_FLEX with "1× Discounted International Extension Ticket: Basel SBB-Rueras - Partially flexible fares offer"3) PETIT_PRIXS NON_FLEX.None of these Swiss trains have seat reservation available. ***I do not understand how to choose a ticket that allows me to travel on any of the train TIMES for that day.***No matter what I choose, "Tariff Conditions" always says this:Discounted International Extension Ticket: Basel SBB-Rueras - Partially flexible fares offerDiscounted International Extension Ticket are available for international journeys in 1st or 2nd class. Subject to availability.Validity: only valid for the selected travel date and the selected public transport services (booked trains)*.Reduced prices for Half Fare Travelcard holders, children aged at least 6 and under 16.Discounted International Extension Ticket cannot be bought for bicycles.Exchanges / refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of the international ticket. * Changes to class of travel, routes or trains may not be made with a Discounted International Extension Ticket.
