Compensation.

Your compensation will be credited to the credit card you used to make your online purchase on SBB.ch. If you did not pay by credit card, you will receive your compensation credited to an SBB stored value card. You can exchange this stored value card for cash at a counter within Switzerland. This procedure is required for data protection reasons. For your security, we are not allowed to request credit card or account details via this form.
