Use this form to apply for refunds of unused or partially used tickets purchased on SBB.ch or in the SBB Mobile app.

Before you start:

  • Tickets costing under CHF 10 are not refunded after the start of validity.
  • A deductible of CHF 10 is usually charged/deducted.
  • Tickets purchased at the counter or from ticket machines can only be refunded at staffed counters.
  • Please contact the SBB Contact Center on 0848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/min.) to have international tickets to Europe refunded.
