Contact in the event of changes to the itinerary/cancellation of the trip.

Please provide your complete address including (daytime) telephone number and your e-mail address when making your booking. This will enable us to contact you if there are any changes to the itinerary or if the trip is cancelled.

If a trip fails to attract the minimum number of participants, it may be cancelled by RailAway AG. Your booking office will refund the cost of the relevant trip to you.

Detailed information on a trip’s itinerary will be available from sbb.ch/en/adventure-trips at least seven days before the trip is due to take place.

Cancellation/refunds.

A trip cannot be cancelled once it has been booked and no refunds will be offered after a trip. We recommend taking out cancellation insurance. You can do this at the same time as you make your booking at the station.
