General notes for hotels in Switzerland.


The following booking options are available to you:

At or you will find a wide range of hotels with the best availability throughout Switzerland. You will benefit from low prices for one or more nights as well as seasonal promotions.

Travel documents.

In your travel documents you will find all hotel vouchers, bookings and tickets required (when arriving by train). You will be asked to check the documents for completeness and correctness and to contact your booking office regarding any discrepancies. Train tickets can only be issued two months prior to travel. For early reservations too, the documents will be issued and sent two months before departure at the earliest.


The advertised basic price always refers to one person booking a double room, if nothing is stated to the contrary. Supplements and discounts are given on the page in each case. Please note that in some hotels a visitors’ tax may be charged in addition to the fixed price, which must be paid on-site before departure.

Additional costs.

If you do not book the hotels online, your booking office may request an additional reservation fee.

Children’s discounts.

You can obtain information on children’s prices from the STC Service Centre on 0848 777 077 or at the SBB Travel Agency.
