Booking.

The following booking options are available to you:

Travel documents.

Your travel documents will be sent by email (print@home) if possible, in exceptional cases by post. In your travel documents you will find all necessary hotel vouchers, reservations and tickets. We kindly ask you to check the documents for completeness and correctness and to contact us by phone in case of any discrepancies. You will need a valid identity card or passport to cross the border into Italy.

Seat reservations.

Reservations will be made at the earliest possible date. Seating requests are welcome but cannot be guaranteed.

Prices.

Prices for hotels, trains and other offers can change constantly. This makes fixed price calculations increasingly complex. That's why we list from-prices, which give you a good indication of selected packages. The from price has been calculated at a specific time for a specific date, but can change at any time due to availability.

Supplements and reductions.

If you do not have a Half-Fare travelcard or a GA travelcard you can find all supplements and reductions online on our website. Our team will also be happy to provide you with information.

Children’s discounts.

Children up to 16 years of age with a child travelpass accompanied by an adult companion receive the same discount as holders of a 1st class GA travelcard. Surcharges and reductions are taken into account directly online during the booking process.

The relevant provider holds the rights to photos of the panorama journeys.

Insurance.

Book your trip now and enjoy more flexibility for cancellations or rebookings up to 3 days before departure date with the Flex Option package for CHF 49.
