Germany day trains.

Individual offers are available at most Swiss train stations (possibly for a flat-rate fee), online at www.sbb.ch/ticketshop or by calling Rail Service 0900 300 300 (CHF 1.19/min.). Tickets are valid only on the selected train for all offers. A seat reservation is not included. Regional and local public transport is not included. Reservations are taken at the earliest 90 days and no later than 3 days before departure.

Germany night trains with City Night Line.

Individual offers are available at the SBB Ticket Shop, at operated station counters (possibly for a flat-rate fee) or through Rail Service on 0900 300 300 (CHF 1.19/min.). A reservation is compulsory and free of charge for all offers. Regional transport on site is not included. Reservations are available at the earliest 180 days and no later than 3 days before departure.

Austria.

Individual offers are only available online at www.sbb.ch/ticketshop. Reservation is compulsory and free of charge for all offers. Regional and local transport is not included. Reservations are accepted at the earliest 90 days and no later than 3 days before departure.

Italy.

Individual offers are available at most Swiss train stations (possibly for a flat-rate fee), online at www.sbb.ch/ticketshop or by calling Rail Service 0900 300 300 (CHF 1.19/min.). A reservation is compulsory and free of charge for all offers. Regional transport on site is not included. Reservations are available at the earliest 120 days and no later than 14 days before departure. 

France.

Paris.

A reservation is compulsory and free of charge for all offers. Regional transport on site is not included. Reservations are accepted at the earliest 90 days and no later than 14 days before departure.

Colmar/Strasbourg.

This offer comes with the possibility of an overnight stay of max. 1 day. Round-trip (via the same route) on a daytime train. Regional local transport is not included.
Individual offers are available at most Swiss train stations (possibly for a flat-rate fee) or by calling Rail Service on 0900 300 300 (CHF 1.19/min.). Reservations are possible until registration closure (usually until 17:00 of the day before departure). Train connection rates with the regional service TER in the French destinations of Colmar and Strasbourg depend on distance.

Prices and validity.

Germany, Austria, Italy and France (Paris).

Tickets are valid only on the selected trains. The prices shown for each offer are examples departing from the biggest stations. The prices are for one ticket for a simple train journey on direct trains in 2nd class to Italy and France. Travels to Germany and Austria are on 1st and 2nd class trains with and without changes. There are a limited number of tickets. Offers are available for first class except in Italy. Half-Fare, GA-reductions and children's discounts cannot be used.

France (Colmar/Strasbourg).

Max. 1 night on site. Tickets are valid for two days. The prices of each offer are examples from the biggest stations. Prices include a 2nd class train journey (round trip) via the usual route. The offers are also available in 1st class.

Full price for adults without Half-Fare card
Age information of RailAway packages are as follows: prices which are given as "up to the 16th year of age" are valid until the day before the 16th birthday. The reference date is the day of the outward journey.
Junior and Grandchild travelcard holders travel free on City-Hit offers if accompanied by parents or grandparents respectively. The reductions stated on the offer page apply.

Cancellations or exchanges can be made to TER train journeys for a fee. You can inquire for fees at your railway station.

SBB Handicap Call Centre.

At the SBB Handicap Call Centre you can order assistance for getting in and out of trains at connecting stations. You can also get information on the accessibility of stations and trains as well as tips for selecting the most convenient trains. The whole array of offers is available free of chrge to all passengers in wheelchairs, with walking difficulties, blind, visually impaired and mentally disabled. You can contact the SBB Handicap Call Centre every day from 6:00 to 22:00.

Insurance/Liability.

Participants are responsible for their own insurance.

A valid identity card or passport is required. In some countries visa is required for certain nationalities. Travellers are responsible for their compliance with the entry, health and foreign exchange regulations.
