For journeys for which no Covid certificate is required, the following protective measures apply. For compliance, we rely on the personal responsibility and solidarity of all travellers.

The protective measures below apply to journeys on which a COVID certificate is not required. We rely upon the self-responsibility and support of all passengers to uphold these.

Seat occupancy.

The number of passengers is limited to a maximum of 2/3 of the seats available.

Wear a protective mask and keep your distance.

It is mandatory to wear a mask on public transport. This also applies to travel on our special event trains and coaches. For journeys offering SBB catering services, you may remove the mask at your seat. Be considerate to others and keep your distance.

Observing hygiene rules.

Please wash your hands regularly with water and soap or hand sanitiser.

Recording contact data.

We record your contact data so that we may get in touch with you in the event that a passenger becomes infected. We treat your data confidentially and only use them for the intended purpose. The cantonal medical service may request the contact data, otherwise they will be completely destroyed after 14 days.

Inform us in the event of (suspected) infection.

Consult a doctor if you are suffering from COVID symptoms. In the event of infection, you will receive all information about how to proceed. Unfortunately, the cab view ride is not currently available.

Staff.

Limited access.

Access to journeys with a COVID certificate is only permitted for those aged 16 years or over with a valid COVID certificate. Passengers under 16 years do not require a certificate.

The certificate (an electronic or paper document with a QR code) must be shown together with a valid identification document (ID, passport or driving licence). If the certificate and/or identification document cannot be shown, passengers will be unable to make the journey.
