You and your group can discover the cave at Col-des-Roches and its impressive underground mills.
The cave was formed by water from Le Locle Valley and was given unusual extensions in 17th century by fearless mineworkers. Admire the engineering skills, which tamed an underground waterfall here and created hydraulic wheels that were used to drive mills, threshing machines and saws. The walk-in cave and adjoining museum tell this interesting story.
