Discover the smallest town in Switzerland: Werdenberg has just 60 inhabitants and is enchanting with its well preserved medieval houses.

Werdenberg Castle and the mountain town of the same name in the Rhine Valley of St. Gallen represent one of the few maintained medieval wooden building settlements in Europe with a municipal character. There is a bistro and also two museums which tell the 800-year history of the rule and its subjects.
