Seats and atmosphere.

SBB has a large number of different types of sitting carriages. Most carriages offer 60 seats in the first class and 80 seats in the second class. Depending on the type of carriage there are also window tables or tables built into the armrests of the seats.

Catering.

Our rail caterer elvetino can serve you and your guests with a minibar at your seats in the sitting carriages. More extensive catering can be provided if a saloon carriage with kitchen is also used.

Sitting carriages can be attached to a train as additional carriages, combined with other carriages or deployed as special event trains. With their generous accommodation and comfort they are also ideal for sustainable mobility solutions for up to 1,000 guests or to supplement our saloon carriages if additional seating is required.
