• ALink opens in new window.ll marathon participants benefit from a free public transport journey in 2nd class from their residence to Zurich Enge and back in the GA area via the usual route, including the transfer between Zurich main station and Zurich Wollishofen.
• As a runner in the marathon, you receive a personal promotion code from the organiser upon successful registration. This promotional code enables you to redeem a free public transport ticket in 2nd class for the outward and return journeys at SBB.ch.
• The ticket is valid for 4 days. The dates of the outward and return journeys (within 4 days) must be given before obtaining the ticket. The first possible outward journey date is 20 April 2023.
• For the outward journey, the public transport ticket is only valid in combination with the confirmation of registration. For the return journey, the confirmation of registration or race number must also be shown in addition to the ticket. 

Half Marathon and “Z10 – Zurich 10k” participants.

• All participants in the half marathon and “Z10 – Zurich 10k” benefit from free 2nd class travel in all zones of the ZVV fare network.
• For the outward journey, the confirmation of registration is valid as a ticket. For the return journey, please show the race number or confirmation of registration.
• For the outward as well as the return journey, you must also show your personal ID or a public transport travelcard in your name (e.g. ID or SwissPass).

• Outward journey: to Zurich, main station, according to the directions on the online timetable.
• Then around 15 minutes on foot to the start lines at Quaibrücke in Zurich.
• The clothing depository at Mythenquai lido is around 1,500 metres from the start area at the Quaibrücke bridge.
• Note: the start number issuing station is located at Ochsner Sport Pro (Lagerstrasse 10, 8004 Zürich) and can be reached in around 5 minutes on foot from Zurich main station.
• Individual traffic is greatly limited due to road closures on the running route.

Tickets for spectators.

To visit the Ochsner Sport Zurich Marathon, you will need a ticket for the journey with public transport to Zurich and back. Tickets can be obtained via SBB Mobile, at SBB.ch, at the ticket counter or at ticket machines.
