RAILPLUS.

With RAILPLUS you can travel for 15% less in many European countries. Important: You don’t need RAILPLUS in Germany or Austria because your Half-Fare or GA travelcard already lets you travel for 15% less in these countries.

RAILPLUS is a supplementary card for the Half-Fare and GA travelcards that gives you a 15% discount on standard fares for cross-border journeys in 1st and 2nd class. In other words, you pay 15% less in countries where RAILPLUS is valid, as long as your journey starts in Switzerland. The RAILPLUS card is available for adults and senior citizens from 60 years for CHF 25 per year. The RAILPLUS card for young people (up to 26 years) and children (up to 16 years) is free. The RAILPLUS card is not available in the SBB Ticket Shop. If you wish to purchase this card, please visit your nearest staffed ticket counter with your Half-Fare or GA travelcard.
