Rivaz, nicknamed the jewel of Lavaux, is located on a hillside in the centre of Lavaux. The village is easily accessible, being just a few minutes’ uphill walk from the railway station and the landing pier.

Château de Glérolles.
The private estate of Chillon Castle («Chillon de Lavaux»), now a venue which hosts events and exhibitions, once served as a long-time prison where those suspected of banditry and witchcraft were prosecuted.
Lavaux Vinorama is where you can find out all about the Lavaux vineyards and wines. The film «The wine-growing year» helps you to experience in detail the daily lives of winemakers in the region. Once all these secrets have been unveiled, you will take part in your selected wine-tasting (either «Découverte» or «Connaisseur») while the children enjoy a glass of grape juice.
