Once an hour, the regional train (line S7) nicknamed the vineyard train takes you to the Lavaux vineyard. Ideal for admiring the panorama without tiring yourself out!

Vevey–Chardonne–Mont-Pèlerin.
This funicular leaves from Vevey and passes through the magnificent Lavaux vineyard and the village of Chardonne before reaching the green forests and fields at the bottom of Mont-Pèlerin.
This picturesque rack-railway train takes you up to the Pléiades viewing point (1362 m). Admire the magnificent view of the Riviera and Lake Geneva from the terrace of the restaurant located on the summit. In spring you can stroll across the narcissus fields, and in summer you can discover the Claude Nicollier – Astro Pléiades trail.

On the lake shore, la Tour-de-Peilz is home to several local heritage treasures such as its castle, which currently houses the Swiss Museum of Games. Its port is a real gem, serving as a place either to relax or meet friends. Bordered by vines, the town is also a producer of Lavaux appellation wines.

The port of La Tour-de-Peilz is considered by sailors and visitors to be one of the most beautiful ports on Lake Geneva.

The Gustave Courbet tour is a free cultural stroll through La Tour-de-Peilz, mixing the artist’s works in different places, such as an open-air museum.
This commune, which was settled as early as the Middle Ages, is remarkable for its village centre and its castle, which is a (private) family property since 1175. For those who enjoy nature and low mountain terrain, the countryside extends from the village to the Pléiades.
The railway-Museum Blonay-Chamby.
The museum contains one of the nest collections of historic metric track vehicles in Switzerland, if not in Europe. The exhibition features over 70 vehicles. Visitors also get to experience a ride on board historical trains pulled by antique steam locomotives or old electric railcars along a three-kilometre track.
The charming railway station at Burier provides access to recreation areas that are cherished by the local inhabitants, such as the Maladaire Olympic swimming pool and the natural beach of the same name.
