International passenger rights.

You will receive a partial refund of the ticket price for delays of 60 minutes or more on international connections (for TGV services, this applies to delays of 30 minutes or more). Compensation is always paid out by the railway company from which you purchased the ticket.

How much compensation am I entitled to?

  • For delays of 60 minutes or more, you will receive 25% of the ticket price in compensation. For TGV connections, this applies to delays of 30 minutes or more.
  • For delays of 120 minutes or more, you will receive 50% of the ticket price in compensation. This also applies to TGV connections.
  • Specifically for TGV connections: for delays of 180 minutes or more, you will receive 75% of the ticket price in compensation.
