Please note that during the spring to autumn months when lots of people travel, and ahead of public holidays, waiting times may be longer than usual. For this reason, take advantage of times between 10am and 4pm from Monday to Friday, which tend to be quieter. You also have the option of booking a personal consultation at one of 65 stations, and you can buy tickets online at SBB.ch or in the SBB Mobile app.
