Conditions.

• Evidence of creditworthiness is not required for the issuing of the card.
• For a card to be issued, your permanent residence must be in Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein.
• The person using the card must be the cardholder.
• The issuer of the card is Swiss Bankers Prepaid Services Ltd.

Fees.

• When you load up your Life card, a commission of 1% of your chosen amount is charged.
  
• Swiss Bankers do not charge any fees for payments made in shops or online.
• 0.95% processing surcharges for transactions in foreign currencies.
• Cash withdrawals at ATMs in Switzerland cost CHF 5.00 and abroad CHF 7.50 per withdrawal.
• A simple annual service fee of CHF 45 is charged for your card. When you first load up your card, you will be billed this fee in addition to the amount you choose to put on your card. In the following years, it will be offset against your card balance.

Loss and theft.

If you lose your card, immediately inform customer service at Swiss Bankers Prepaid Services Ltd., tel. +41 31 710 12 15. Your card will be locked immediately and a new card will be sent to you, loaded with the remaining value of the missing card.

A replacement card costs CHF 20 in Switzerland and CHF 50 abroad (including shipping).
