Use a locker to store your luggage at the train station.

This is especially convenient if you are in a city for a short period of time before continuing your journey. The lockers’ long opening hours mean flexible luggage storage without having to wait.

Standard rental period: 6 hours	Standard rental period: 24 hours

From 6 hours: additional payment required on collection. The locker will remain closed until the payment is made.	From 24 hours: additional payment required on collection. The locker will remain closed until the payment is made.
Over 96 hours: the lockers will be emptied by SBB. The collection payment must be made directly on site and the items can be collected from the SBB luggage counter.	Over 72 hours: the lockers will be emptied by SBB. You must make the collection payment and collect the item at the SBB luggage counter.

Should you wish to store your luggage or goods at the station for several weeks or months, please use staffed luggage storage at an SBB Travel Centre.

For support, you can report it during the day at the SBB counter for luggage storage or at the Lost and Found Service. Our SBB Contact Center is available outside of opening hours.

Customers with reduced mobility can contact their SBB Travel Centre, or the SBB Contact Center Handicap if outside of Travel Centre opening hours, to ask for assistance if required. The required notice period is 2 hours.
