My Post 24: Send and receive parcels around the clock.

You can collect and drop off your parcels around the clock at the yellow My Post 24 terminals, which are now available at SBB train stations.

  • It is easy and convenient to collect your parcels or registered letters at the train station on your way to work or school.
  • No need to make a detour to the post office when a parcel or registered letter could not be delivered.
  • You can also drop off parcels and return items at the parcel terminals at any time around the clock.
  • Swiss Post will send you an MMS or an e-mail when your consignment is ready to be collected.
  • Redirecting and collecting consignments, and receiving electronic notifications are all free of charge.
