On your way back, you check in your luggage at an airport abroad. AirPortr takes care of customs clearance in Switzerland for you and delivers your luggage to your address.

  • You can currently book the service for all flights operated by Swiss or Edelweiss from/to Zurich Airport (including Swiss/Edelweiss flights operated by Lufthansa and Austrian Airlines [codeshare flights]). 
  • Booking is fast and simple.

  • When booking, select an appropriate collection / delivery time. For the outward journey, you will be offered different time windows, depending on your location and flight time, at least 24 hours before the departure of your flight.
  • After your luggage is collected, you will receive digital flight luggage receipts from AirPortr and will be kept up to date with SMS texts, e-mails and a personalised tracking link.
