Alternatively, we can collect your luggage at an agreed pick-up point for the same fixed price and deliver it to your address. Make use of our group luggage door to door service.

• Luggage: suitcases, bags.
• Skiing equipment: skis, ski boots, poles, snowboards, sledges.
• Bicycles can only be shipped as group luggage bicycles checked in at the station or as group luggage door to door at the normal price for bicycles.

Groups must register. 

• Packaging: skiing equipment must be packed in personal wrapping or in that of the transport company.
  
• Items with special packaging requirements: 
  • Skis and ski boots are to be packed separately in pairs in the appropriate plastic cover provided by the transport company
  • Multiple pairs in personal bags up to a maximum weight of 25 kg
  • 1 snowboard per plastic cover provided by the transport company or multiple pairs in personal bags up to max. 25 kg
• The luggage to be transported must be labelled with a name, address and telephone number and be packed appropriately. 
• Show your group ticket at the luggage counter to take advantage of the new flat rate for children and young people up to 25 years of age. Bicycles cannot be carried.
  
• Free storage on the day of arrival and the following four days. Every subsequent day costs CHF 5.
• Liability for the partial or total loss, damage and delayed delivery of luggage shall be governed by the Swiss Federal Passenger Transportation Act (PTA) and the applicable Passenger Transportation Ordinance of the Swiss Federal Council.
• Group luggage for children and young people up to 25 years of age is mainly transported by rail. Micro-distribution is carried out by road. The public transport sector currently handles an average of 70% of luggage transport by rail and 30% by road.
