Deadline extension.

Have you received from us a bill, payment reminder or demand giving notice of debt collection relating to a journey taken without a valid ticket and wish to extend your time for payment?

We offer a one-off payment postponement (extension) of up to three months (from the date of travel). We talk of deferral of repayment if the postponement is required to be longer than three months. This can only be granted if a deputyship has been set up and a debt restructuring plan is submitted. Deferrals are only available once and for a maximum of 12 months.

Our condition for postponement or deferral of payments is that any new journeys without a valid ticket are paid within the payment deadline.
