As a result of your feedback, our Customer Service department has issued you with a "Your credit" card.
You can use this card at all ticket machines and SBB ticket counters to purchase rail services of your choice. And did you know? With each payment the validity of your card is automatically reset to two years.

You experienced a delay on your international journey and have been issued with a "Your credit" card as compensation.
You can use it at any ticket machines and SBB ticket counter to purchase rail services. Or you can exchange this card for cash at all SBB ticket counters. And did you know? With each payment the validity of your card is automatically reset to two years.
Check available credit balance.
If you’d like to know how much credit you have left on your card, you can check the current credit balance right away: simply enter the code located on the back of your SBB "Your credit" card (e.g. ABC123):

You can also retrieve your available balance by text message: send the code word “balance” with the card’s query code (see back of card) to the number 959 and right away you’ll find out your current credit balance. Cost per text message CHF 0.20.
