Lost property service – lost and found.

Have you lost something on the train or at the station? We may well find it again quickly or an honest person may hand it in. Report it immediately online and we’ll contact you as soon as we’ve found your lost property.

If you lose something important or valuable on a long-distance SBB train (with a train crew) and the train will still be travelling for at least 30 minutes before reaching its final destination or at a staffed station, we advise you to submit a search request by telephone (using your credit card only) or at the counter subject to a fee of CHF 50.
