If you already have a public transport travelcard, register with your SwissPass login. There are then just four steps to your Half Fare Travelcard PLUS.
- Choose your Half Fare Travelcard PLUS (CHF 1,000, CHF 2,000 or CHF 3,000 for adults or children/young people).
- Take out a Half Fare Travelcard PLUS contract.
- Make a deposit for the corresponding amount.
- Activate the entire credit as a means of payment and use it to purchase digital tickets for yourself. Once you have used up your deposit, the bonus is automatically activated.
You can obtain the Half Fare Travelcard PLUS at all public transport points of sale, online at SBB.ch, in the ZVV ticket shop and in the Libero Webshop as well as in the ZVV and öv Plus app.
With the Half Fare Travelcard PLUS, you can buy personal single tickets via digital channels. You can currently do this online at SBB.ch, in the ZVV Ticket Shop, in the Libero and BLS webshop and in the SBB Mobile, ZVV, öV Plus and BLS Mobil apps.
With the Half Fare Travelcard PLUS, you can buy 1st and 2nd class digital tickets for SBB trains, most other railways and many other public transport services in Switzerland.
The Half Fare Travelcard PLUS contract is valid indefinitely. The validity period of the Half Fare Travelcard PLUS package paid for will end once it has been fully used or after one travelcard year at the latest.
The Half Fare Travelcard is not included with the Half Fare Travelcard PLUS. To benefit even more, we recommend purchasing or renewing your Half Fare Travelcard.
All Half Fare Travelcard PLUS packages have the following in common: you get a bonus as a gift.
You benefit from a money-back guarantee: if you do not use up all of your deposit within one year, you get the rest back. However, the bonus has a time limit.
The Half Fare Travelcard PLUS consists of the deposit you make and the bonus. These are stored as a payment method and can be used to buy tickets via digital channels.
