The SBB Contact Center will help you to:
- order tickets.
- reserve seats.
- obtain timetable information.
You can pay by credit card or by invoice.
Tickets can either be sent to your home or you can collect them from the counter at the station.

Companion card.
Are you handicapped and do you require a travelling companion? With the companion card (Disabled Passenger's ID Card), you can be accompanied by a travelling companion free of charge. You can get a companion card from the cantonal offices. A list of the cantonal offices can be found online at sbb.ch/en/handicap.
Reduced GA travelcard (GA).
You are entitled to a reduced GA travelcard (GA):
- if you receive federal invalidity insurance benefits.
- if you receive a helplessness allowance.
- if you receive funding for a guide dog.
- if you are confined to a wheelchair and have a relevant medical certificate as proof.
Do you require assistance when boarding or alighting from the train?
You can reserve assistance at the SBB Contact Center Handicap.

You can also reserve by online form. 12 hours before departure.
You will receive assistance on all express trains and at support stations. Support stations are equipped with a Mobilift to help you board and alight from the train.
To make a reservation, we require:
- your surname and first name
- your telephone number
- the type of disability, e.g. "In a motorised wheelchair"
- date and travel destination
- the chosen departure or arrival time for your journey
- for journeys abroad: your reservation number.
Meeting point:
- The meeting point is 10 minutes beforehand at the mobile lift. The mobile lift is a yellow lifting platform.
- At the station, the customer assistant or passenger attendant can help you.
- The customer assistant will not help you with luggage. You are responsible for your own luggage.
