Compensation for customers who had a monthly or annual travelcard during the coronavirus pandemic extraordinary situation for public transport in spring 2020.
In light of the extraordinary situation, from 16 March 2020 to 10 May 2020, the Federal Council recommended only using public transport when absolutely necessary. Therefore, all holders of a Regional Travelcard, Point-to-Point Travelcard, Modular Travelcard or 1-month travelpass for the Half Fare Travelcard were given compensation.
