Fans, clubs, authorities, associations, and leagues can take advantage of customised offers for journeys by fan train. We are your first point of contact for organisation, offering additional services as required and contributing to smooth, straightforward and safe railway operations.
Since 2022, SBB has been using coaches which offer increased travel comfort for fan trains: They have air conditioning and power sockets. Currently, 35 coaches are available for journeys to away games. From 2027, the fleet will be expanded by an additional 15 coaches.
The new fan coach offers 80 seats, a self-contained WC system and at least two power sockets per 4-person compartment. The refurbished coaches are equipped with air conditioning.
- Instructions from transport company staff must be followed regarding behaviour during the journey and the use of facilities and vehicles.
- Passengers may only board and/or alight at stations where the train is scheduled to stop on the timetable. Boarding and/or alighting are only permitted when the train is at a standstill, only at the designated points and only on the designated side of the train. When stops are made at stations or along the railway line to comply with operating requirements, passengers may only board and/or alight with the permission of the staff.
- While the train is moving, boarding and alighting, leaning out of coach windows, opening coach doors and accessing open platforms are prohibited.
- Items must not be thrown from the coach.
- The emergency signal must only be used in the event of a threat to the safety of the train, the passengers or other persons. The emergency signal must not be used in the event of a fire in a tunnel, with the exception of appropriately marked vehicles with a passenger emergency brake request.
- If passengers cannot agree on the opening or closing of windows and ventilation, or on lighting or heating levels, the decision will rest with the staff.

- Valid for one day, on the match date printed.
- Only valid on the fan train (outward and return journey).
- Available at the ticket counter, from ticket machines or online at SBB.ch (not available for purchase on the fan train).
- Football e-tickets cannot be purchased using the Half Fare Travelcard PLUS.
- Not valid for travel to the fan train boarding location.
- Not valid for fan trains to international matches.
- Passengers with a GA Travelcard travel free of charge.
- Children with a Day Pass for Children travel free of charge.
- Tickets purchased via EasyRide / Fairtiq are not valid.
