Free ticket for children aged at least 6 and under 16 when accompanied by a parent.
Available free of charge for your own children when one parent buys a Swiss Travel Pass / Flex or a Swiss Half Fare Card and adds the children to it.
Tip: Children who are travelling by themselves or who are not accompanied by a parent receive a 50% discount on the Swiss Travel Pass / Flex.
Children under 6 years old can travel free of charge. No Swiss Family Card is required.

Halves ticket prices in Switzerland for journeys by train, bus, boat, most mountain railways and for public transport in over 90 towns and cities.
Important: The Swiss Half Fare Card discount may be less than 50% on short-distance routes because of the minimum price. This also applies to discounted offers or combined offers which include a train journey and additional services.
Valid for one month.
