Thanks to your stored data, you can make faster purchases and fill in forms more quickly.
When you are signed in to SBB.ch or the SBB Mobile app with your SwissPass login, you can have your purchased saver offers refunded up to 30 minutes after purchase and other tickets refunded before the start of the validity period.
By sharing your interests, you receive recommendations and offers which are customised for you.
Previous purchases and orders are saved centrally in your profile. If needed, you can easily access and print your tickets again.
If you also use your SwissPass login for the SBB Mobile app, saved journeys and purchased tickets will be available in your profile on SBB.ch.
