    Half Fare - Swiss Pass

    Greetings Everyone I'm trying to buy a Half Fare Travelcard. I just created an SBB account and downloaded the app.
    Whenever I try to buy the travel card (hitting the purchase 185chf button), a blank page loads and I cannot continue with the payment process. For personal data, I can only fill in the date of birth and the postal code. I cannot fill the customer number , as I do not own one yet. There is no email about a digital SwissPass.

    Seat reservation Zürich Airport - Interlaken

    Hello, does anyone know how what are the options to reserve a seat for the train Zürich Airport - Interlaken? I bought a ticket before creating SBB account, created the account after with the same email address I used for buying tickets, but don't see purchased tickets in "Valid tickets" in my account.I found this page but going through the process it doesn't ask for ticket ID. Or I'm supposed to just select my train and proceed? Thank you in advance!

    Money from my account spent but web-page indicate fault of payment - what I should do in this case?

    Hi,I wanted to get ticket for round trip Geneva-Hamburg-Geneva. I proceeded payment, money transferred from my account, but web-page indicated that payment fault and, as a result, - no ticket, but, again, note please - money already left my account.Please advise, what should do in this case? I guess, that pure logic is: no ticket got/system shows payment failure -> means no purchase happen -> transferred from my account money should be refunded.Will the money reflected back to my bank account in this case, and how many days will takes this procedure?
